Q    Where does groovy goose deliver?

A    We deliver to postal addresses anywhere in Australia. We accept orders from overseas customers but deliver only within Australia. Overseas orders must be paid for with Paypal only. Overseas customers are able to enter an alternate delivery address to their own at the checkout stage.

Q    How do I purchase with my gift certificate?

   Purchasing a gift certificate from our store is just like purchasing any of our other products. You simply select the gift voucher you would like to purchase, add it to your shopping cart and proceed to pay.  There is a $2.90 processing and delivery fee for all gift vouchers.

To purchase using your groovy goose gift certificate you simply select from our products, add your choice to your shopping cart and proceed to pay at the checkout. At the checkout stage enter the unique code that is written on the reverse side of your voucher into the redemtion code box and the value of your voucher will automatically be deducted from the total price of your order.

When purchasing with your groovy goose gift voucher the value of the entire voucher needs to be spent in one transaction as we do not issue change.  If however there is a remaining balance and you cannot choose another product at this time you can purchase a gift voucher with the remaining balance. The new gift voucher will then allow you another 12 months to spend in our store. The new gift voucher will be sent with your other products.

Q    Can the colours of a design be changed?

A    Yes! groovy goose have based their designs on the most popular colour schemes. However, we have found some customers prefer a particular design in certain colours to match a room. If this is the case place your order as normal and then immediately email us at info@groovygoose.com.au and advise us of the changes you want made and your order number. We will then make your desired changes and email you an example of how your product will look. After receiving confirmation from you regarding the changes we will proceed to process your order. In some instances this may extend the timeframe for your work to be completed depending on our workload at the time.

Q    How long will my order take?

A    All of our products at groovy goose are custom made at the time you place your order. Products will take approximately 7 business days to print and stretch your canvas. Delivery is via Australia Post and depending on your location will take between 1-7 business days. (total time of between 8-14  business days)

Q    We need our products in a hurry, is this possible?

A    If you need your groovy goose products in a hurry please contact us via email at info@groovygoose.com.au and advise us of the products you wish to order, when you need them by, the delivery address and your name and phone number. We will endeavor to rush your order through depending on our workload and time of year. This service may incur an additional fee subject to our workload at the time. Australia Post delivery times are out of our control, but standard delivery is 1-7 business days depending on your location and the time of year.

Q    How is my canvas packed to send?

A    groovy goose has spent many long hours designing her artwork with meticulous attention to detail. They are printed to the highest quality standards and carefully gallery wrapped onto a solid timber box frame. They are then wrapped in cellophane with protective corners to keep them safe. A great deal of effort goes into making sure your artwork reaches your door as perfect as when it left the studio. All groovy goose canvas artworks and canvas display boards are packed in specially designed  twin flute cardboard shipping boxes. The cardboard is approximately 6-7mm thick on all sides...so it's very robust!

Q    Our canvas is a gift for friends; can you ship direct to the recipient?

A    Yes we can. groovy goose understands you don't want to incur delivery costs to your door and then further costs for delivery to the recipient. This can be done automatically for you at the checkout stage of processing your order.

groovy goose also offer a gift wrapping service. We can wrap your beautiful gift in a white satin wrapping paper and organza ribbon complete with a handcrafted gift card to match your gift. The gift card will contain a personalised message chosen by you. If you want us to gift wrap and send a card place your order as normal, then select the gift wrapping option. After you have ordered and paid for your purchase, simply email us at info@groovygoose.com.au with your name, order number and advise us of the message you would like written in the card.

groovy goose knows many orders are gifts for new babies and other special events and aims to make your gift giving as easy as possible...especially when you can't be there in person.

Q    Are there any other payment options apart from internet transactions? Can i pay another  way?

A    groovy goose uses PayPal as their payment gateway. PayPal is a fast and secure way to make payments online as none of your credit card or bank details are given to the seller. We choose PayPal for your security and ours. For more information on PayPal visit www.paypal.com.au

We also accept direct deposit, cheques and Australia Post money orders made out to groovy goose. Orders will not be processed until funds are cleared. This may extend the time it takes to complete your order.

Q    Do you offer refunds?

A    groovy goose knows you will be really happy with the beautiful work we make for you. If for some reason you are not 100% happy we will be happy for you to return or exchange any item within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us immediately by email on info@groovygoose.com.au if there are any problems. Delivery charges are not refundable. We do not refund where errors have occured from a typing error you have made when entering details. Please check all names and other information you have entered before proceeding to pay. Colours of the images shown on this website may vary slightly from the finished product depending on the colour calibration of your computer screen. The images on this website are for display purposes only and are of low resoltion. If they appear blotchy it is due to their low resolution for fast upload of the images to our site. The final images printed onto canvas are of very high resolution.

groovy goose reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange if the item returned is tampered with in any way. If an order is cancelled after printing has commenced groovy goose reserves the right to refuse any refund.
